What are the main risks identified in the Q3 report?
The Q3 report identifies three primary risks: supply chain delays affecting delivery timelines by an estimated 3–4 weeks, rising raw material costs projected to reduce margins by 2.1%, and increased regulatory scrutiny in the EU market requiring additional compliance measures before Q1 next year.

Thinking…

Your documents never leave your machine. Glealu runs entirely on your computer using a local AI model. No cloud processing, no data collection, no subscriptions to external AI services. What you upload stays with you.

Everything you need,
nothing you don't

Glealu is designed to be simple enough for anyone to use, while being powerful enough to handle serious documents.

Ask in plain language

No need to learn special commands. Just type a question as you would to a colleague and Glealu finds the relevant answer from your documents.

Completely private

The AI model runs locally on your hardware. Your documents are never uploaded to any server. GDPR compliant by design — there is simply no data transfer to manage.

Multiple documents

Upload several documents at once and ask questions that span across all of them. Glealu keeps track of which document each answer comes from.

Source references

Every answer includes a reference to the exact page and document it came from, so you can verify the information yourself with confidence.

Save your research

Save useful answers to collections for later reference. Organise your findings and export them as a PDF when you need to share your work.

PDF, TXT and Markdown

Works with the document formats you already use — PDF files, plain text, and Markdown. More formats coming soon.

Simple, honest pricing

No hidden fees, no per-query charges. Pay once or annually and use Glealu as much as you like.

About our launch pricing

Glealu is a new product and we want to be upfront with you. While the core features work well, some help content is still being completed and you may occasionally encounter rough edges as we continue to improve the app. On Windows, your browser may warn the file is unsafe when downloading — click Keep then Keep anyway. When running the installer, click More info then Run anyway. On Mac, if you see a message saying the app is damaged, open Terminal and run: sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Glealu.app — this is expected for newly released apps and will go away once we reach a stable release and complete code signing. Our launch pricing reflects all of this honestly — you get a meaningfully lower price in exchange for being an early adopter. Your feedback during this period directly shapes the product, and we genuinely appreciate the trust you place in us by choosing Glealu at this stage. Full pricing applies once we reach a stable release.

Common questions

Once installed, Glealu works completely offline. The AI model runs on your own hardware and your documents never leave your computer. An internet connection is only needed during the initial installation and for software updates.
Glealu runs a real AI model directly on your computer. The same technology that powers cloud AI assistants like ChatGPT exists here in a form that runs entirely on your own hardware — meaning your documents never leave your machine. But AI processing is genuinely demanding work. Cloud AI services deliver fast responses because they run on racks of specialised server hardware costing hundreds of thousands of dollars. Glealu replaces that with your own computer, which is remarkable — but it does mean your hardware needs to be up to the task.

A modern computer purchased in the last few years will generally work well. The key requirement is a compatible processor for AI workloads: an NVIDIA GPU on Windows or Linux, or Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) on Mac. These chips handle the kind of parallel computation AI models need and deliver responses in a few seconds. Without one of these, Glealu falls back to your CPU — which works, but responses will take minutes each.

An old or low-spec computer will not give a good experience. Glealu requires a minimum of 8 GB RAM, and at least 16 GB for CPU-only use. If you are unsure whether your computer qualifies, check your hardware compatibility here before downloading. The free 7-day trial with 20 questions and 3 uploads also lets you evaluate real-world performance on your machine before committing to a license.
Yes — this is one of Glealu's core strengths. Many professionals work with documents that cannot be uploaded to cloud-based AI services due to privacy requirements, company policy, client confidentiality or regulatory constraints. Because Glealu runs entirely on your own computer, you can ask questions about sensitive documents without any data leaving your machine.

However, Glealu is only as secure as the computer it runs on. It does not add any additional security layer beyond what your operating system and organisation already provide. In short: Glealu keeps your documents off the cloud, but the responsibility for ensuring that your computer is an appropriate place to process sensitive information remains with you and your organisation. For more detail on how Glealu handles data, see our Privacy Policy.
Currently Glealu supports PDF, plain text (.txt) and Markdown (.md) files. Support for Word documents and other formats is planned for a future update.
Both Standard and Lifetime licenses allow use on up to 2 computers, for example a desktop and a laptop. If you need more activations, please contact us at help@glealu.com.
If you choose not to renew, you can keep using the version of Glealu you have — it will not stop working. You simply won't receive new updates until you renew. The Lifetime license never expires and includes all future updates.
